The wear of rolling guidance is very small, so the machine can maintain accuracy for a long time.

Due to the very low friction force during the movement of the linear guide rail, only a small amount of power is needed to make the bed run, especially when the bed operates frequently, which can significantly reduce the power loss of the machine. And due to its relatively small heat generated by friction, it is suitable for high-speed operation.
[4] Capable of withstanding loads in both up, down, left, and right directions simultaneously
Due to the special beam structure design of the linear guide rail, it can simultaneously withstand loads in the up, down, left, and right directions. Unlike the sliding guide, it can withstand lighter lateral loads in the direction of parallel contact surfaces, which can easily lead to poor machine operation accuracy.
[5] Easy to assemble and interchangeable
When assembling, simply milling or grinding the assembly surface of the guide rail on the machine table, and fixing the guide rail and slider respectively to the machine table with specific torque according to the recommended steps, can reproduce the high precision during processing. Traditional sliding guidance requires scraping the running track, which is both laborious and time-consuming, and the accuracy of the machine is poor, requiring another scraping. The linear guide rail has interchangeability, and the slider, guide rail, or even the linear guide rail group can be replaced separately, so that the machine can obtain high-precision guidance again.
[6] Simple lubrication structure
If the lubrication of the sliding guide is insufficient, it will cause direct friction and wear of the contact surface metal on the bed. However, it is not easy for the sliding guide to have sufficient lubrication, and it is necessary to drill holes in appropriate positions on the bed for oil supply. The linear guide rail has installed an oil nozzle on the slider, which can directly inject grease with an oil gun, or it can be connected to a dedicated oil pipe joint to connect the oil supply pipe for lubrication by an automatic oil supply machine.
